Preserving the heritage of historic post office site

Voëlklip’s former village post office on 10th Street is being remembered through a new heritage display at the Greeff Whale Coast branch. Featuring an authentic circa 1929 writing desk and historical photographs, the space celebrates the site’s role in connecting early residents.
The community is invited to contribute photographs, postcards and memories, while Greeff is also seeking an authentic vintage red post box for the exterior. Residents can visit the office, share stories and help preserve Voëlklip’s history for generations.
