NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All affected property owners are invited to review the past financial year's activities, approve
the budget and implementation plan for 2027 /2028, appoint directors and to consider a
proposed Special Resolution to reduce the meeting quorum from 20% to 10%. The Agenda,
Chairperson's Report, Financial Statements and other documentation will be available on the
OVSRA website by 21 September 2026 (https://onrusvermontsra.com/)
Voting is restricted to members of the OVSRA (NPC) only. Property owners within the OVSRA
are welcome to register as members in order to vote on resolutions. Membership is free but
new members must be registered by 20 September 2026.
