Garden Party at Gabrielskloof (with The Kitchen Door)

Summer, outside, in the quad at Gabrielskloof: the Garden Party is back with The Kitchen Door on Saturday 12 December, 10am to 6pm.

The menu from The Kitchen Door: a sando bar with 12-hour pulled lamb shoulder, two braai stands, paella, oysters with Madame Lucy MCC, a soft-serve ice cream bar and pre-order picnic boxes for 2 to 4. Also on the day: make your own flower crown with Febe (book ahead, includes a glass of bubbly), cookie decorating with Zola of Crazylicious Cookies, live music, and frog fishing, face painting, a craft table and a jumping castle for the kids.

Tickets are R100 per person. Adults get a glass to keep, filled with wine. Kids under 12 get a frog-fishing rod and a bindle of snacks. Teenagers (12 to 17) enter free. Book via the link in the Gabrielskloof Instagram bio.
