Whale Coast Conservation (WCC) is a member-based, non-profit environmental organisation founded in 2002 with the mission to unify, coordinate and promote environmentally sustainable living across the Cape Whale Coast.

Based at the Green House on the R43 in Vermont, WCC runs its work across four focus areas: Eco-Management, Eco-Learning, Eco-Living and Eco-Community. Its Youth Environment Programme (YEP) supports local schools with hands-on environmental education, school expos and nature excursions, alongside citizen-science research and broader conservation and community projects.

The Green House itself doubles as a venue for meetings, seminars, lectures, conferences and children's holiday activities, and WCC also hosts regular community events such as the Paddavlei Fun Run & Walk.
