Vermont Conservation Foundation (SA) is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 284-429) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO 930087313), made up mainly of Vermont residents, working to raise awareness of the local natural environment and preserve the area's ecological integrity. The Foundation co-manages the Vermont saltpan and surrounding fynbos with the Overstrand Municipality's Environmental Management Services.
