The Restaurant at Newton Johnson is the estate's own dining room, run by chef Alex Rykaart and Ella Rykaart with a seasonal à la carte menu of small plates, mains and desserts designed to pair with the Newton Johnson wines. It's upscale-casual dining rather than tasting-room platters, with the same valley, mountain and sea views as the tasting pavilion next door.
