SPACE Modern is one of three Hermanus venues run by veteran dealer Jozua Rossouw, alongside his original Rossouw Modern gallery and sister venue SPACE Curated next door. It opened in 2015 across the road from the main gallery, created specifically to give emerging Southern African artists a dedicated show space, running a rotating programme of individual exhibitions.
