Founded in 2005 by owner Liz Coates, Pure South is a Main Road gallery-shop in Hermanus stocking exclusively South African handmade work across paintings, ceramics, jewellery and fine craft. It represents a large group of local and national artists and potters — including Theo Kleynhans, Tiffany Wallace, Dale Lambert and Janice Rabie — with pieces spanning roughly R120 to over R8,000, and is a regular stop on Hermanus's First Friday Art Walk.
