Overstrand Hospice has been operational since 2007, serving the whole Overstrand sub-district from Pearly Beach to Rooi Els. A self-funding, community-based non-profit, Hospice provides quality in life, dignity in death, and support in bereavement — services that are free of charge to patients and their families, sustained entirely by donors, the Hospice Shop and fundraising initiatives.
