Onrusrivier Gemeente is a Dutch Reformed congregation serving Onrus and the wider Overstrand, with a large team of ministers and a full programme of worship services, small groups, youth ministry (Teentrix) and outreach. Sunday services run at 09:00 in the main hall and 18:00 in the chapel, with a midweek quiet service on Wednesdays at 17:30, and monthly services at local retirement villages. Sermons are livestreamed weekly on YouTube.
