Heart of Abalone is a tourism company operating on Abagold's farm in the New Harbour of Hermanus. The Heart Shed is their own venue with an onsite shop — telling the story of South African abalone, showing off the farming operation and letting guests taste the delicacy. Daily tour slots on weekdays at 11:00.
