Burgundy is a seafront restaurant on the edge of Walker Bay, a few metres from Hermanus's historic Old Harbour. The kitchen leans into seafood — locally farmed abalone in sage cream, grilled ostrich, seafood pasta and Burrata caprese — alongside tapas-style sharing platters and artisanal bread baked in-house, served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There's an outdoor deck with sweeping views over the bay, blankets offered on windy days, and it's bike-friendly. A long-established, well-reviewed Hermanus fixture.
