Benguela Cove's tasting room sits at the heart of the estate, overlooking the Bot River Lagoon and surrounding vineyards, with modern art sculptures scattered across the grounds. Guests can book expert-guided tastings with food pairings using locally sourced ingredients, sample wines only available at the cellar door, and join group bookings for celebrations. The estate makes red, white, rosé, sparkling and dessert wines plus limited-edition releases, and runs curated wine-club subscriptions; vineyard safaris and cellar tours can also be arranged. Private dining can be booked in the Vinotheque (up to 12 guests) or the Barrel Room (up to 100).

The wine farm shares the estate with Benguela Cove Stays, two restaurants — Moody Lagoon and Blackbeard's Diner — and Pirate Adventure Golf, so a cellar visit pairs easily with a meal, a round of golf or a stay.
